1. Overview

At Nitagni, we want your silver jewellery to reach you safely, swiftly, and beautifully packaged. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your orders.

We offer free standard shipping on every order placed on our website — no minimum order value required. This applies to all domestic orders within India.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing your order. All orders are carefully packed to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.

Dispatch Time: 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation Business Days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are prioritised for same-day processing

Please note that during sale periods, festive seasons, or high-demand events, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is any delay.


3. Delivery Timelines

3.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary based on courier partner operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery timelines for international orders are 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any local levies are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Nitagni.


4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Standard Shipping — FREE

We offer completely free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. There is no minimum cart value required to avail free shipping.

4.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) — ₹100 Additional Charge

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes within India. A handling charge of ₹100 (inclusive of applicable taxes) will be added to your order total for all COD orders.

Prepaid Orders: FREE  |  COD Orders: ₹100 handling charge

To avoid the COD charge, we encourage customers to use prepaid payment options such as UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.

You can also track your order by:

  • Visiting our website and using the 'Track My Order' section.

6. Packaging

Every Nitagni order is shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging designed to protect your jewellery during transit. Our packaging is thoughtfully curated to reflect the premium nature of our products and is suitable for gifting.

If you'd like to add a personalised gift message, you can do so at checkout or by contacting us before dispatch.


7. Failed Delivery & Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package:

  • The courier will make up to 2 additional delivery attempts.
  • After failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Nitagni is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at the time of ordering. Please double-check your delivery details before placing an order.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

All our shipments are insured. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

  • Damaged items: Photograph the package and product upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at hello.nitagni@gmail.com.
  • Lost shipments: Please allow up to 15 business days from the estimated delivery date before reporting, as occasional courier delays do occur.

We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.
